Hi, I'm Michelle 👋

As I entered my 50's, I started to struggle with the loss of muscle and extra fat especially around the mid-section. And many of my clients over 40 were experiencing the same thing!

It was shocking especially since my exercise/lifting routine and nutrition had not changed for years.

So I tried different lifting programs and every "diet" out there. And nothing worked.

Until I educated myself on the science of menopause and why everything I had done in the past was no longer working.

Based on the research and science of the peri/menopausal woman, I developed a simple program for strength training, cardio and nutrition and started to apply it with myself and my in-person clients.

I started feeling better, losing the unwanted belly fat and getting strong. And so did my clients!
